SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are counted from the day of shipment and exclude non-working days and holidays in the country of origin and destination. The indicated timeframe is only an estimate and may vary in each country and depending on the delivery company and specific official procedures and formalities (such as customs). Deliveries are made on working days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Shipments within Portugal and Spain: 3-5 working days.

Shipments within Europe: 10 working days.

Shipments outside Europe: 10-25 working days (except in exceptional circumstances).

All orders are delivered against the signature of the recipient, so the customer must ensure the presence of an individual at the shipping address for this purpose. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the recipient's details, address, and contact information, for which Loja Real has no control or responsibility. The shipping cost refers to the delivery charges and does not include any additional customs fees.

If delivery to the specified address is not possible (no address found, no one available to receive, or any other impossibility), we will use the contact provided by you to reschedule a second delivery attempt by the carrier. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Loja Real. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded to the Customer, deducted from shipping costs, order processing, and related bank fees.

In the event of a shipment being lost, undeliverable, or a complaint related to non-receipt of the shipment, anomaly detection services may take up to 14 working days to detect and confirm the occurrence. During this period, there may be no decision or refund if the claimed anomaly is confirmed.
